If your order arrived incomplete, contained damaged items, or didn't show up, we're here to help! Please contact us via email at with your order number and a picture of the damaged item (if applicable). We aim to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes. If you would prefer a different product, please return the items you don’t need and place a new order at. We are unable to accept international returns or refund shipping charges.Gift Cards, items marked "final sale", and Downloadable Digital Products cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Since we communicate all products that are included in each monthly box, we do not accept returns of the Subscription Boxes (including the Single Boxes) for refunds or store credit.
